| A dream that began while surfing at Waikiki continues today in an historic Tribeca factory. Established in 1997, Bikini Bar® is a surf shop specializing in custom surfboards and graphic T-shirts, along with a Tiki bar serving Hawaiian shave ice and organic Kona espresso. Located in the back half of the space is a studio specializing in couture lingerie and swimwear, along with tropical home furnishings and vintage prop rentals.
